Refund and cancellation policy

In short

You can cancel a monthly or annual membership at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. A Founding Lifetime purchase can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't used it. If something went wrong on our side, contact us and we'll put it right.

What you can buy

Founding Monthly - R199 a month, renews monthly until you cancel.
Founding Annual - R1,790 a year, renews yearly until you cancel.
Founding Lifetime - A once-off payment for ongoing access, sold in limited batches at the price shown at checkout.

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Cancelling a monthly or annual membership

Cancel any time from your billing page (signed in: Membership → Manage membership and billing). Cancelling stops all future payments straight away. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then the membership ends. We don't refund the part of a period that has already started.

Refunds

Founding Lifetime - Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used any practice or feedback since buying. You can request it yourself on your billing page. A refund ends access straight away.
Monthly and annual - Access starts immediately, and at checkout you agree that a membership is non-refundable once it has been activated or used. Cancelling stops future charges, as described above.
Our mistakes - If you were charged in error, charged twice, or couldn't use the service because of a fault on our side, email us and we'll refund or credit you. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Your rights - Nothing here limits any right you have under South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds are processed through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, the money usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 business days.
